Phil is a free spirited, evangelistic pastor who has been an associate pastor and co-founder of Voice of Truth. Phil is supported by his wife, Christy, of over 40 years. They have 3 children and 11 grandchildren. Not only does Phil pastor, but he leads a weekly men’s Bible study, children/youth Bible study at John Milledge Academy, and a college age Bible study on Wednesdays. His enthusiasm to tell others about Jesus Christ has given him the opportunity to lead many teams as far as Ghana, Africa, Costa Rica, and all over the United States. Phil never misses an opportunity to tell and show people that “God Made A Way.”
